We hope you love your new CurveWow purchase! If it's not quite right, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return Your Order

Please return your item(s) to us:

Unworn and unwashed.
With all original tags attached.
In their original condition.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as this allows you to monitor your parcel and provides proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived back at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note that any original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons:

Underwear cannot be returned or refunded.
Swimwear can be returned, provided the hygiene seal and all tags remain fully attached.
