Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes we do! Order before 3pm Monday-Thursday to get your order the very next day for only £4.99. This service is only valid for orders within the UK, see our delivery page for more information.

I live in the UK, how do I return my item(s)?

If your order wasn't quite what you were looking for, you don't like it or if the fit isn't right - no problem! We offer a 14 day fuss-free UK returns policy. Simply post the order back to us unworn with labels intact using your preferred return method. We will issue a refund within 10 working days of receiving the parcel at our warehouse.

Do you offer free returns?

From 9th July 2026, we no longer offer free returns. If you need to return an item, you can do so within our 14-day returns period by using a return service of your choice. Returned items must be unworn with all labels attached. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 10 working days.

Have you received my returned item(s)?

It is the customers responsibility to arrange your return. Once a return is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please allow 10 working days from when your return reached our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

Will my delivery charge be refunded when I return an item?

We only refund the cost of the item when we process the return, not the delivery cost.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Unfortunately, we no longer ship to the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
